Found on the driveway yesterday morning. The same fellow, probably, that spends much of the summer in the walls of my house, keeping the rodent population in check. He's about five feet long.

Dangerous or not?? what have you done with it, I would have taken a hot too, but I wished you had been on the floor with it, that would have made a great angle.

My parents were watching as I photographed the snake, and Dad wondering why I didn't get down on the ground, too, but I've taken those kinds of snake pictures before. This time, I wanted to emphasise the pattern from above - a more calligraphic approach.
